GCPBackendPreferences

Represents the backend preferences specific to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Inherits from BackendPreferences and sets the backend service provider to Google. Methods:

`simulator_noise_spec`	`ClassiqSimulatorNoiseSpecification \| None`	Optional user-defined noise; same type as on `ClassiqBackendPreferences`. Mutually exclusive with `noise_model`.
